Learning and growing! - On my way to and excited about learning the essential tools needed to run a political campaign. So far it's stimulating and inspirational, in a class with smart, empowered 21st century women who want to lead. I am a member of the NWPC-NY chapter started by Gloria Steinem, Congresswomen Shirley Chisholm and Bella Abzug in 1971.

Course description | Candidate Training will be offered to women interested in the political process and seeking public office. Class focuses on leadership development, building a solid base/viable platform and ethics (excerpts from the National Women's Political Caucus NY training manual). Guest lecturers compliment course content, offering real world simulations facing women candidates.
